- The file is completely unusable and our support team cannot fix it
- The download includes licence restrictions that break core functionality
- You have opened a support ticket and provided requested evidence
Not Eligible
- No support ticket was opened before the request
- Change of mind or purchased wrong item
- Insufficient technical skill or wrong server environment
- Expectation mismatch after failing to read description/docs
- Request received after 30‑day window
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.
